Scheduling an Appointment with a Mobile Veterinarian in Rockfish During the COVID-19 Pandemic

At Total Quality Mobile Veterinary Care, we are passionate about providing expert in-home care to pets throughout Rockfish, Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and the surrounding areas. While we are still offering these services during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking some extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, clients, and patients. If you are thinking about scheduling an appointment with our mobile veterinarian in Rockfish, keep reading to learn more.

COVID-19 Precautions

One of the biggest changes we’ve made is that, until further notice, we are not entering our clients’ homes to care for their pets. Instead, we ask that you set up an area where we can treat your pet on your front or back porch, lawn, patio, deck, or in your garage. Your pet must be on a leash, and we ask that you make the area as clean and sanitary as possible prior to our arrival. We are also taking extra steps to ensure that our equipment is properly sanitized between patients.

At this time, all payments must be made by phone or via emailed invoice. Our team is also, unfortunately, not able to shake your hand or accept hugs during this troubling time.

If anyone in your household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or considered high-risk, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Any of our staff members who feel ill are being advised to stay home.
