Does chronic pain have your pet feeling down!

Many pets live their lives in physical pain every day.   They suffer from conditions such as hip dysplasia,  degenerative joint disease, and ligament damage.  In many cases, surgery can be done to repair some issues, but not every pet is a good candidate for surgery.   Pain medications such as NSAIDs and opioids can be given to manage the pain, but is not always the best solution for long term management..

This is where acupuncture comes in. Acupuncture is one tool that can be used to drastically reduce or eliminate the need for those pain medications.  It can effectively managing chronic pain by stimulating the body to produce its own form of pain control, resolve inflammation, and encourage healing.

If your pet is suffering with chronic pain don’t hesitate to contact me for more information or to book an appointment. I would be honored to help your pet.
