Safety Precautions
At Total Quality Mobile Veterinary care, the safety of our clients, patients, and staff is always our primary concern. For this reason, we will be taking the following precautions to ensure the wellbeing of our clients and staff:

We will be taking extra measures to ensure the most sanitary conditions.

Until further notice, we will not be entering homes. Instead, we will see patients outside on the front porch, lawn, back porch, deck, patio, or in the garage. Please note that your pet must be on a leash.

All payments will be collected over the phone or by emailed invoice.

If any of your household is considered to be “high risk,” we ask you to please consider rescheduling your appointment.

If any member of your household is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days after your last day of symptoms.

If a member of our team (or someone in their household) develops cold or flu-like symptoms, we will have to cancel and reschedule appointments for everyone’s safety.

Depending on your pet’s ailment, we may encourage you to schedule a virtual appointment. Starting Monday 5/12/2020 We will be back to offering full service to our clients. We will continue to follow the aforementioned safety precautions. We thank you so much for being patient with us during this troubling time.
