Payment 

Payment is received at the time of service. We accept payment via credit, debit cards, cash, and check.

REscheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after this time there will be a $50 late cancelation fee.

aggressive pets

If your pet is aggressive,  we may need to sedate him/her.  

Depending on the severity of the aggression we may not be able to see your pet, or we may need to reschedule. If this occurs the House Call Fee is still due at the time of the appointment. 

Vaccination and Medical records

Please fax or email over your pets preventive care history within 24 hours of your appointment.  Make sure to include records for any vaccinations, heartworm test, heartworm/flea/tick prevention, and intestinal parasite testing. 

If your pet is taking any medications, or receving any treatment from another vet, we will also want to see this information.
