-Appointment deposits: To confirm your pet's appointment, we do require a deposit. This will go towards the cost of your pet’s care. You will be asked to pay the deposit to confirm your pet's appointment. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Your deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, or in the case of unforeseen circumstance such as sickness or poor weather conditions.
