Originally from Petersburg, Virginia, Dr. Tierra Kershaw Hawley has been practicing Small Animal Medicine since moving to Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 2013. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2009. She went on to attend Tuskegee University, where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She earned her certification in Veterinary Acupuncture at the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. When Dr. Hawley is not caring for animals, she spends most of her time with her family and her own pets. Dr. Hawley’s hobbies include gardening, swimming, playing tennis, drinking fancy tea, and all things outdoors. Her most favorite thing to do is to travel and explore the world.
